Position Overview

Always Best Care Senior Services is actively seeking dedicated CNAs and HCAs to provide exceptional care for clients. We have openings for morning shifts, focusing on delivering high-quality support to individuals in need.

Shift Details: Morning shifts available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with additional shifts offered based on availability and interest.

Compensation: $23-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer companionship and supervision to clients

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Experience in Long-Term Care settings preferred
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Successful completion of background checks and medical clearances required
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and their families
