Process Improvement Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Improvement Coordinator to join our Revenue Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing requirements for multiple business systems or processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and develop requirements for multiple business systems or processes.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, communications, use cases, and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and 1+ years' experience OR applicable work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and Excel.
