Overview

At Meridian Park Medical Center, we're looking for dedicated professionals to join our team as Mammography Technologists. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring that our patients feel respected and secure throughout their experience.

Responsibilities

As a Mammography Technologist, you'll perform mammography procedures according to physician orders or screening guidelines, utilizing your knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique, and patient care. You'll demonstrate proficiency in the field of Mammography and adhere to guidelines set forth in Legacy's Values in Action.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a graduate degree from a certified Radiologic Technology school or program. At least one year of previous experience in General Radiology is required, with Mammography experience being a plus. You'll also need to possess keyboard skills and the ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Licensure

A current applicable state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is required, as well as meeting MQSA requirements for mammographers. Registration in Radiology and Mammography is also necessary.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $42.45 - $60.70 per hour.
