This role presents an ideal chance for a talented radiation oncologist to contribute to a well-established practice at a prestigious institution, consistently ranked as one of the top healthcare facilities in the country. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing complete clinical care to patients and have experience in advanced radiation techniques such as Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) and Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS).

In addition to your clinical expertise, we encourage candidates with research interests to integrate their passions into our novel cancer research program. This program is supported by our NCI-sponsored NCORP community oncology research grant and our leadership in the Breakthrough Oncology Network. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced researchers and clinicians to develop innovative treatments and improve patient outcomes.

We are also planning to build a proton therapy center, one of the first in the world to utilize the Mevion S250-FIT system. If you have experience treating patients with proton therapy, this would be a valuable asset to our team. We welcome ambitious individuals who can help us establish a world-class particle beam therapy program.

As a Radiation Oncologist at Atlantic Health System, you will enjoy a competitive salary package, estimated at $350,000 - $450,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Radiation Oncology, licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. A academic background is preferred, but not required.
