We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Services Director to join our team at Maplewood Mill Pond LLC. As a key member of our senior living community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing services to residents, including medication management and health promotion.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and train Resident Care Services associates, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and service.
- Conduct regular service plan reviews, ensuring residents' needs are met and care levels are adjusted as necessary.
- Coordinate with healthcare agencies and outside providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and community policies.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to meet budget targets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid MA license.
- Experience working with seniors, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and service.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, peers, and other staff members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform tasks that may be physically demanding, such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 60lbs.
