Center Operations Coordinator

Position Overview: We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Center Coordinator to become a part of our team. As the initial point of contact for our center, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service to parents and visitors. Your main duties will include managing phone communications, organizing tours, confirming appointments, and assisting parents with their inquiries and requests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate tours and confirm appointments for prospective families.
- Act as a liaison between parents and the center, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Ensure the center is tidy and inviting.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Availability to work between 2-7pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday for 9am-2:30pm.
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, word processing).
- Experience in an educational or childcare setting.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems.
- A passion for education and working with children.
