Job Opportunity

Groundworks, a leading foundation services company, is seeking a skilled Installer - Construction General Laborer to join our team. As a vital member of our crew, you will travel to homes in the local area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and deliver materials from the warehouse to the work site
  • Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
  • Dig and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary
  • Lift heavy objects
  • Walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Perform strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
  • Enter crawl spaces and other confined areas
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
  • Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely
  • Ability to grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Perform strenuous physical labor
