As a Senior Manager within the Telemetry team, your role will involve collaborating with senior leadership to design and execute corporate IT initiatives that align with Spectrum's strategic objectives.

You will be deeply engaged in establishing IT standards, policies, and comprehensive plans for the IT function.

Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the design and implementation of technologies and tools aimed at enhancing Spectrum's internal operations and data management.

Additionally, you will guide the adoption of new technological strategies and oversee their execution.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in IT roles
5+ years in leadership positions
2+ years in project management roles

Education:
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Technical skills:
Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Word and Excel
Familiarity with computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
Knowledge of information technologies and methodologies relevant to the assigned IT segment or area.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Skills:
Proven experience in leading teams and providing constructive feedback.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Capability to organize resources and set priorities.
Demonstrated work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues efficiently.
In-depth knowledge of information technologies and methodologies relevant to the assigned IT segment or area.
A collaborative team player with the ability to facilitate changes in business processes and work harmoniously with all groups.

Abilities:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Capacity to learn and support new systems and applications.
