Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Disaster Recovery Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis Emergency Services. As a key member of our mitigation crew, you will play a critical role in restoring properties damaged by unexpected events such as water, fire, smoke, mold, and natural disasters.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for serving others within your community during their time of need, making a difference for those affected by disaster, and working hard to complete projects with pride.

**Requirements:*

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced emergency response environment
  • Good work ethics and commitment to excellence
  • Fluent in English with ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Clean criminal background check and drug test screening
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to lift 50 LBS
  • Dedication to customer service with a positive and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

  • High-level performance of water mitigation, board up, mold remediation, and related services according to Paul Davis specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and company equipment
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed
  • Serve as a leader for the team and assist other members as opportunities arise
