Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established protocols and documentation standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive assembly records in compliance with company procedures.
  • Prepare components for the assembly process.
  • Execute assembly tasks following prescribed methods.
  • Conduct finishing and inspection of products to ensure readiness for distribution.
  • Prepare sub-assemblies for subsequent production phases.
  • Inspect, repair, and rework prosthetic components as necessary.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate in a technically demanding setting with strict quality control adherence.
  • Utilize tools, technology, and equipment effectively while performing hands-on tasks.
  • Assist the Quality department during investigations and root cause analyses.
  • Comprehend and follow manufacturing processes as outlined in documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and spatial reasoning skills.
  • Proficient manual dexterity for handling small components.

Education and Experience
