Position Overview

Rose International is in search of a dedicated and skilled part-time Assistant Program Manager for our Meter Adapter Program. This role requires a commitment of 2-5 hours every weekday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an up-to-date master record of installations with daily updates.
  • Oversee the application process, addressing any exceptions or escalations that arise during daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, focusing on collaborative problem-solving and fostering positive interactions.
  • Track and follow up on various inquiries and escalations.
  • Build and nurture collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Assist in enhancing current processes and developing formal procedures for this evolving program.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, crucial for success in this role.
  • Medium to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical details clearly.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, applying technical standards to customer inquiries.
  • Capacity to retain and build upon program knowledge and insights.
  • Willingness to learn new programs and platforms.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or handling customer escalations.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for the services offered through this program.
  • Proven ability to manage processes and track multiple moving components simultaneously.
  • A desire to learn, take ownership, and enhance the program for both the company and its customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
