Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly report to the General Manager and participate in significant decision-making processes.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives and manage our online presence.
  • Lead catering operations on designated days and promote catering services through diverse channels.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment by upholding sanitation standards, adhering to health regulations, and maintaining security protocols.
  • Manage front-of-house operations while supporting back-of-house activities as needed.
  • Engage with patrons to gather feedback and foster community relationships.
