As a vital member of the Security Department at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City, the incumbent is responsible for providing essential security services to ensure the safety of guests and team members alike. This role emphasizes the protection of both organizational assets and the well-being of patrons, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive security measures for all monetary transactions within the hotel and casino premises.
- Assist guests with a diverse range of inquiries, including property information, event details, and directions, while offering escort services when necessary.
- Compile thorough incident reports that are clear and concise.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and casino areas to maintain a visible security presence and report any unusual activities or suspicious individuals.
- Support the coordination and management of emergency situations effectively.
- Help maintain stringent key control protocols.
- Exhibit a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly alerting management to any concerns or observations.
- Embody the company’s Mission and Values, which include Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in guest services, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration license through the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
- Prior experience in Casino/Hotel Security, Law Enforcement, or Military service is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
