We are offering a full-time position on Swing Shift for a Culinary Specialist.
Rail City Casino is in search of a dynamic and proficient Culinary Specialist to enhance our kitchen brigade. The primary duty of our Culinary Specialist is to deliver exceptional quality dishes with precision and care, while consistently adhering to the highest standards of quality assurance and food safety protocols.

RequirementsQualifications:
Education/Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Culinary Specialist.
- Serve Safe Certification is preferred.
Language Proficiency:
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Mathematical Skills:
- Basic math skills necessary for calculating portion sizes, measurements, and recipes.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to collaborate in a team setting or work independently.
- Capability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in multitasking.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Computer Proficiency:
Basic computer skills are required.
Reasoning Skills:
Ability to uphold superior sanitation standards and knowledge of food storage requirements, both hot and cold.
Must be able to perform effectively in a bustling, loud, and crowded setting.
Physical Requirements- Must be capable of standing for extended periods with full mobility.
- Ability to reach, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces and perform repetitive motions.
Certificates and Licenses:
Serve Safe Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
