About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Granville, NY. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Collecting and recording vital information from new residents
Administering medications and injections as needed
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing

Requirements:

Valid LPN state license
Good standing with the State Registry
Ability to work as a team member
