Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems.
  • Exhibiting strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Performing installation, replacement, or repair of various HVAC components as necessary.
  • Interpreting technical manuals and identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Responding to service requests and executing repairs as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of time, labor, and materials used.
  • Documenting tasks performed and generating reports as needed.
  • Understanding and promoting indoor air quality standards.
  • Holding a valid driver's license and maintaining an insurable driving record.
  • Completing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • EPA Type II Certification (Universal preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred EL06A (electrical license or training card).

Customer Service Skills

Demonstrating a customer-first approach is essential, along with excellent communication skills to ensure clients feel at ease.
