Job Summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead a diverse team in a food manufacturing setting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of production partners to maximize efficiencies and achieve daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of production partners to achieve daily production goals and maximize efficiencies
  • Participate in our Production Leader training program to develop skills in production processes, coaching, and mentoring
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to oversee company, plant, or department processes and programs
  • Monitor training to ensure team readiness for success
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in alignment with company commitments
  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of various government regulations
  • Represent the plant with regulatory, customer, and internal audits
  • Establish and audit standard operating procedures to ensure customer requirements are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred
  • High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to communicate with influence both written and verbally
  • Proactive, self-accountable, and solution-focused with a continuous desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds and ensure a culture rooted in dignity and respect
  • Physical requirements include ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day, walk for up to 60 minutes per hour, sit for up to 15 minutes per hour, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, bend/squat/twist
