Sales Director

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through the sales team by developing individual skills, product knowledge, and motivation. This role involves managing marketing programs, including developing strategies for increasing sales and expanding into existing markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage marketing programs to increase sales and expand into existing markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant equivalent experience
- Five years of sales management and operations experience, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
- Experience with CRM software to manage sales reporting, customer information, and account management
- Strong customer relations, negotiation, and business acumen skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite business software and industry-specific programs
