Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through the sales team by developing individual skills, product knowledge, and motivation. This role involves managing marketing programs, including developing strategies for increasing sales and expanding into existing markets.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant equivalent experience
  • Five years of sales management and operations experience, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
  • Experience with CRM software to manage sales reporting, customer information, and account management
  • Strong customer relations, negotiation, and business acumen skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite business software and industry-specific programs
