Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to assist our attorneys with legal document preparation, research, and communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of law and legal procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and court filings
• Conduct thorough research and provide accurate and timely information to attorneys
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Manage and maintain case files and documents
• Assist with case management and coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field
• Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with case management software a plus
