Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store team, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This includes developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Guest Services to ensure a positive customer experience
- Support the Store Manager in various tasks, including staff development, expense control, and merchandising
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize shrinkage
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
- Physical demands: standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail and management experience required
