Job Title: Busser

At T.G.I. Friday's, we're looking for a skilled Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and reset tables after each guest's departure, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages, providing exceptional service.
  • Prepare coffee and iced tea to help team members serve guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist with guest needs as they arise, including maintaining cleanliness of the restroom, perimeter of the building, and parking lot.
  • Check the cleanliness of the bus stand from previous shifts and notify management of any issues, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Clean and sanitize throughout the shift, including taking out trash as needed, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to read menu items and clearly communicate guest needs to other team members.
  • Must be able to hear well in a loud environment to answer the telephone and respond to guest requests.
  • Must be able to lift and carry sacks, cases, and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift, and place them on high shelves and in the walk-in freezer.
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe frequently, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk during the entire shift, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
