Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Industrial Production Worker. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing general shop duties, including grinding, moving product, and cleaning the shop and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various tasks on the shop floor, including grinding and moving product
  • Clean and maintain the shop and parts to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Assist with other duties as required to support the production team

Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new skills
  • Current driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Benefits:

  • $19-$20 per hour, with benefits available after hire
  • Temp to Hire opportunity with potential for full-time employment
  • Monday through Friday schedule with day and swing shift options
  • Full medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits after 90 days
  • 8 paid holidays and 2 weeks paid vacation after one year
