The Service Technician plays a vital role in the production and assembly of pasteurizer equipment, working collaboratively with the production team to ensure seamless functionality. Key Responsibilities- Assemble and repair machines in a team environment
- Partner with production team to learn pasteurizer equipment functionality
- Assist with machine service calls, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Fulfill customer orders, including picking product and packaging for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized production room and warehouse

- High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years experience in production or assembly
- General mechanical aptitude with prior experience in plumbing, heating, electricity, and/or electronics
- Strong logic and intermediate mathematics skills
- Competencies in customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals in a fast-paced environment
- General computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
