Job Summary

The Service Technician plays a vital role in the production and assembly of pasteurizer equipment, working collaboratively with the production team to ensure seamless functionality. This position also involves general warehouse duties, including picking products from inventory and packing orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and repair machines in a team environment
  • Partner with production team to learn pasteurizer equipment functionality
  • Assist with machine service calls, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Fulfill customer orders, including picking product and packaging for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized production room and warehouse
  • Work in accordance with Company core values
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years experience in production or assembly
  • General mechanical aptitude with prior experience in plumbing, heating, electricity, and/or electronics
  • Strong logic and intermediate mathematics skills
  • Competencies in customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals in a fast-paced environment
  • General computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug test
