Nurse Practitioner in Cardiac Unit Job Opportunity

Integrated Resources, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in New York. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced nursing care to patients in our cardiac unit.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of patient-centered care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be working in a state-of-the-art cardiac unit with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care by incorporating the tenets of Relationship Centered Care and the nursing process.
  2. Assess and evaluate patient care needs and apply critical thinking skills in patient care management.
  3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
  4. Prioritize all aspects of patient care, including teaching, rounding, coaching, and planning after hospital care.
  5. Educate patients and caregivers about their plan of care, transition of care, promotion of health, and prevention of disease.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • NP license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum 2 years of medical experience in a cardiac unit.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
