We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in special education and be licensed/certified in NH in Special Education Teaching.
Job Summary:The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. The teacher will provide specialized instruction and support to help students achieve academic and social goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs
- Provide specialized instruction and support to help students achieve academic and social goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing learning environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (or related field)
- ACTIVE License/Certification in NH in Special Education Teaching
- Prior experience working with students with special needs is preferred
