Job Description

This Front Desk Agent will be the face of the hotel, serving as the first point of contact for all guests and helping make their stay memorable.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional demeanor.

  • Work face-to-face with customers
  • Check guests in and out
  • Answer phones
  • Handle all customer needs
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Help resolve discrepancies with guest bills
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Possess friendly and strong people skills
  • Have somewhat strong computer skills
