The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

- Educating patients about their health conditions and self-management strategies.
- Executing standing orders, such as authorizing prescription refills and ordering diagnostic tests, in line with practice policies.
- Ensuring all patient interactions and clinical activities are accurately recorded in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
