Job Title: Registered Nurse

At InCommunity, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing oversight to our Crisis Support Homes in Hampton and/or Floyd Counties.
  • Direct Supervisor of Lead LPNs, managing LPN Supervisors and assisting with training and disciplinary actions.
  • Complete performance appraisals of LPN supervisors.
  • Visit each site 1x week to provide supervision and support to Lead nurses.
  • Co-facilitate Quarterly Staff Meetings and Admissions/Discharge Planning meetings, as needed.
  • Review MARS and other nursing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and sign off on LPN notes.
  • On call for staffing crisis home as the need arises.
  • Collaborate with Director of Crisis Support Services to ensure homes are managed well and run efficiently.
  • Consult with Director of Nursing on a routine basis to discuss and resolve current issues.
