The Brittain Law Firm is a single attorney firm dedicated to serving as guardian of the estate for individuals in need who have been adjudicated as incompetent by the Court. As guardian and fiduciary, the firm handles financial affairs for approximately 200 individuals in Cumberland County and across southeastern North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Represent the interests of clients in various areas of law, including property, civil, criminal, estate, etc.
- Manage financial affairs, including financial planning and budgeting
- Communicate with clients, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management
Requirements
- Experience working in a law firm or similar environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new situations
