Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Forecast manpower needs in alignment with project schedules.
  • Monitor cash flow and expenses to maintain financial health.
  • Establish and analyze labor productivity metrics.
  • Identify innovative solutions to enhance project value and reduce costs.
  • Oversee change order processes and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and as-built records.
  • Coordinate project completion activities and manage punch lists.
  • Prepare material and equipment specifications for procurement.
  • Compile and submit invoices and operational manuals.
  • Conduct thorough project reviews and safety planning.
  • Facilitate day-to-day project operations and manage compliance logs.
  • Assist in field inspections and productivity assessments.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in project engineering with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program, or 3-5 years with a Master’s degree.
  • Professional Engineer License is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in using computer systems for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to analyze and solve complex engineering problems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
