Patient Flow Coordinator Senior One Call Center Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Patient Flow Coordinator to join our team at VCU Health. This is a full-time position that will work in the One Call Center, where you will be responsible for providing leadership oversight and acting as a resource to the staff.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of clinical experience in an acute care setting and two years of nursing management experience. A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field is required, with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing also acceptable.
This role requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for facilitating patient flow, coordinating activities and communication for the VCU Health System, and monitoring compliance with policies and procedures.
In this role, you will also be responsible for mentoring, educating, and supporting co-workers, as well as assisting with quality assurance, process improvement, and other department projects. You will work closely with Management to develop, analyze, and implement staff training, process improvements, and scheduling.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
