**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our dental facilities meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the day-to-day facility management of dental equipment and maintenance issues at multiple locations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone with office staff and provide clear instructions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with facilities vendors to ensure timely and effective service.
  • Manage expectations and performance within service level parameters, verifying completion of work and services.
  • Effectively communicate with internal customers and contract vendors.
  • Analyze data and store work order history and budget tracking using online programming.
  • Subcontractor appropriation, including searching for vendors and signing them up.
  • Shipping items and tracking for the Facilities Department.
  • Billing management for Facilities tickets, including contacting vendors to obtain correct information and coordinating with ADMI billing.
  • Run small projects from start to finish and provide guidance to technicians in the field.

**Requirements**

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Verbal and written communication skills that meet the needs of different customers and vendors.
  • Prior experience in multi-unit facilities management concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors, think analytically and critically, and solve problems in real-time.
  • Occasional travel and a flexible schedule may be required.
