Key Responsibilities:

- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with healthcare staff.

- Facilitate patient registration, confirming insurance details and necessary referrals, while efficiently handling incoming calls.

- Conduct basic clinical tests as directed by the physician, such as blood draws, EKGs, glucose tests, and lung function tests.

- Administer vaccinations when needed.

- Provide support across various locations as required.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in formatting and proofreading documents, with excellent communication skills.
