Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and safe delivery of medications to our clients.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to drive deal closures and organic growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet site budgets and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and laws governing financial and pharmacy operations.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to employees, develop their skills, and recognize their accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing.
  • Proficient in clinical interpretation, including drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions, and allergies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
