Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text
  • Take orders, answer questions, and help customers with their needs
  • Engage with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions

  • Track returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A high school diploma or equivalent, with some related experience preferred.

Able to read, write, and communicate clearly.

Basic math skills to handle customer orders and inquiries.

Apply common sense to solve straightforward problems.

Comfortable with database and internet software, as well as word processing tools.

Strong multitasking abilities.

This role involves sitting for long periods, using your hands, and communicating frequently. You might occasionally need to lift items up to 10 pounds, and less frequently, items up to 25 pounds.
