We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities while enjoying a stable and fulfilling career.

Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes an hourly pay range of $50-$62, which is 25% higher than the average rate in the area. You will also receive paid weekly or daily, employer-paid taxes, workers' comp, and malpractice insurance, as well as health, vision, and dental benefits. Additionally, you will be eligible for a retirement benefit (401k) and overtime, holiday, and hazard pay, plus bonus pay for travel.

Job Responsibilities
  • Care Delivery: Provide quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities, including creating care plans with medical staff and residents, delivering treatments and medications, reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians, and educating residents and family members on care options.
  • Leadership and Training: Train and supervise nurses and support staff, set up and monitor medical equipment, and ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.
Requirements
  • A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a RN, completion of an approved nursing program, and at least 4 months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
