Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at CC Stirling Ventures. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and supervise a team of 15-30 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through prompt and courteous service.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the efficient management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure profitability and meet sales targets.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively with customers, employees, and management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in customer service, team leadership, and operational management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The employee will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate noise levels and exposure to extreme heat from cooking equipment.
