Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in various settings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with customers at events, trade shows, and promotional activities to promote our brand and products.
  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to help improve marketing strategies.
  • Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with the audience.
  • Participate in event marketing initiatives to create memorable experiences for attendees.
  • Conduct public speaking engagements to represent the brand at various events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product promotion and sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as they can communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong public speaking skills and the ability to engage an audience confidently.
  • Experience in food service or event marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in social media management to promote brand initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data collection and reporting purposes.
