Opportunity Overview

Texoma Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our esteemed Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program in Denison, Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a clinical instructor, you will guide residents through didactic activities, curriculum development, and administrative tasks, ensuring program compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
  • You will oversee residents during clinical activities, provide mentorship to enhance their educational experience, and devote a significant portion of your time to instruction, patient care, and scholarly activities within the Family Medicine Residency Program.
  • Active participation in teaching, curriculum development, resident evaluations, and recruitment efforts is expected, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Ideal candidates will be board-certified or eligible with relevant internship and residency experience, including obstetrics. An active Texas license is highly preferred, along with additional qualifications such as obstetrics fellowship or expertise in prenatal care and medication-assisted treatment of opioid abuse.
