The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $106,100 to $159,100, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.

Job Description

This role requires the ability to manage multiple data sources, develop comprehensive reports and dashboards, and translate complex data into clear business recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all levers being utilized/available for generating demand and online engagement for new and existing customers.
  • Monitor traffic volume and quality trends and solve for gaps to target as needed.
  • Develop & maintain comprehensive reports/dashboards to track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital traffic & demand.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Combine & analyze data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting & analysis.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for marketing & leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in data analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with data visualization tools and proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python or R are highly desirable.
