Overview

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers, working closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, and ensuring the smooth operation of the service center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance.
  • Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience.
  • Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency.
  • Develop teammates through our internal training program, providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
  • Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, assist with budgeting and sales forecasts, and provide clear direction to the team.
  • Manage inventory and product orders, adhere to safety and productivity standards, and assist guests with their questions and needs.
Requirements
  • One to three years of retail management experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • A proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
  • Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives, recommend sales and service results, and demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment with a "Guest First" mindset.
