Responsibilities
  1. Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services, and promoting patient satisfaction.
  2. Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians, maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.
  3. Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  4. Perform therapeutic procedures, including ordering, performing, or interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on continued treatment and care.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
  • Two years of independent practice AND 4,000 independent clinical hours as a NP are required.
  • Masters Degree in Nursing
