Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present treatment plans to patients, ensuring clear communication of costs and options.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, manage schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Process patient payments, manage insurance claims, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are executed effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in dental software and technology.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
