Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, including food preparation, plating, and serving.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, cafeteria customers, and other guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver meal carts to patient units and other areas as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
