Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Direct Source Recruiter WFH to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nurse travel candidates and allied healthcare professionals to our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and negotiate compensation packages for candidates
  • Present candidate profiles to facilities and contract them for work
  • Maintain daily operational activities related to traveler assignments
  • Communicate with hospital account managers and travelers regarding availability, open positions, and assignment changes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely start of assignments
  • Ensure traveler compliance prior to placement
  • Maintain accuracy of traveler information in the Travel Module
  • Develop a pipeline of potential travel candidates through effective recruiting sources
  • Generate referrals from current and former nurses
  • Maintain consistent contact with travelers while on assignment to ensure high customer service levels
  • Retain travelers through quality control calls and career path communication
Requirements
  • High school or GED equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of travel nurse recruitment experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word
