Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as necessary.
  • Ensure a positive first and last impression for our members by maintaining a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch areas.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment to maintain a clean and safe facility.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company sustainability programs.
  • Monitor and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
