Boat Service Technician Lead

We are seeking a skilled Boat Service Technician Lead to join our team at Freedom Boat Club of Greater Boston and Cape Cod.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Boat Service Technician Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing outboard engines, navigational equipment, operating systems, pumps, electrical, and steering systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Must have knowledge of 12v electrical, rigging, and four-stroke outboard engine diagnostics.
- Mercury or Yamaha outboard certification is a plus.
- Ability to operate machinery efficiently and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to service vessels at our locations throughout North Shore, Greater Boston, South Shore, and Cape Cod. You must be able to ascend and descend a ladder, lift 50 pounds, and work in all weather conditions. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also required.
