Sales Territory Manager Job Description

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while acquiring new business within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Acquire new business within the assigned territory through effective sales strategies and customer consultations
  • Offer business solutions and deliver exceptional customer service with support from the sales team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
