Overview: This role involves delivering technical assistance to users by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and update hardware and software systems
  • Diagnose and fix issues with computers and mobile devices
  • Conduct tests on cables and peripheral devices
  • Configure hardware according to specifications
  • Monitor and document software and hardware updates
  • Address user inquiries and provide support
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related discipline
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in computer and network maintenance
  • Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license
  • Apple Service Certification is preferred
