Capital Formation Manager

 

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of the business by developing and implementing a proactive capital formation strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to raise capital from institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential investors and effectively articulate the value proposition of the firm.
  • Lead the end-to-end fund-raising process, including preparing marketing materials and closing investor commitments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, acting as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the investment team to understand the unique selling points of our portfolio companies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact fund-raising efforts.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or economics (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in capital formation or investor relations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital in a competitive environment.

 

The estimated salary range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000 per year, based on market conditions and industry standards.
